As the CEO of Accesstech Innovation and Research Centre, Opeolu steers the organization's strategic mission to eliminate barriers for persons with disabilities. With extensive expertise in digital accessibility and inclusive pedagogy, he has pioneered initiatives that bridge the gap between technology and underserved communities. Under his leadership, Accesstech has become a hub for assistive technology innovation, fostering projects that empower individuals through skill acquisition and the domestic manufacturing of specialized tools. Opeolu's commitment to building a world where "no one is left behind" is the driving force behind the Centre's advocacy for systemic policy changes and accessible digital infrastructure.

Emmanuella Akinola serves as the Chief Operations Officer, where she translates Accesstech's high-level vision into impactful, sustainable action. With a focus on operational excellence and strategic growth, Emmanuella oversees the day-to-day execution of the Centre's diverse portfolio, from the "Give Tech to the Blind" project to the management of the Accesstech Academy. Her leadership is defined by a meticulous approach to project management and a passion for creating inclusive educational environments. By streamlining internal processes and fostering key institutional partnerships, Emmanuella ensures that the organization remains agile and effective in its mission to deliver digital literacy and assistive solutions to those who need them most.
